There is a problem with transcripts when Colloquy is set to log by session/date

Description

If I am logged onto IRC for 2 days, Colloquy saves some of the log from today in yesterdays file, but some of it in todays file.

For instance stuff from 1:00 PM is in the new log, 1:01 PM in the log from yesterday, and 1:05 PM in the log from today again.
