Transcript preferences not working in Dutch localization

Description

Turning on transcript saving in the Ducth localization doesn't work, after turning it on transcripts are not saved, and after a relaunch the preferences show it as turned off again.

This problem is caused by the fact that the checkboxes in the Dutch JVTranscriptPreferences.nib are not bound (the nib is outdated?).

this was already fixed in [3659] and [3660] and will work again in the next build
