Description

Colloquy contains no flood control system. In some situations this could be considered a blocker, if an operator or server operator is flooding to excess it can cause Colloquy to hang for quite a long time depending on the serverity of the flood, or it may kill all connections yet remain running as CPU pegging dead weight. Also flood protecting/breaking up and timing the users outgoing messages (similarly to what is seen in apps like Linkinus.) would be wonderful.
