quit message is not sent when doing /quit on IRC

Description

as in summary: doing just "/quit" on IRC will not send along the configured quit message but just "null" or similar, resulting in 'Someuser has quit ("")'

however, doing "/quit hello" will result in a normal quit with the message "hello", just as should be.

Sometimes the server will hold back the quit message if you aren't connected for a long enough time / not registered / etc to prevent spam.
