missing support for xmpp in most languages, as it doesn't appear in the interface

After trying to test xmpp support in colloquy, I didn't found how to activate, and digging the source, I found the cause.
It seems the interface offer it only in some languages.
It is missing in German, in Spanish, in Italian, in Portuguese, in French, in Chinese ( zh_TW ), and in norvegian (nb).

The change to make seems quite trivial, but svn diff do not produce a good patch, as Xcode insist on rewriting some stuff in xml, and add change not related to the interface. So I have no patch to offer.
