Use autocomplete to assist users in creating new connections

Description
The application shoudl provide a list of common irc servers (freenode, xkcd, etc) and enable the user to pick one rather than typing in the server (other things like port number, ssl, etc should also probably be filled in by this). I don't think the autocomplete ui is desirable so we should probably have tapping on the server field push a new view controller onto the navigation stack that has a list of the built connections as well as an option to add/remove them.
