Quicker/Easier access to Ignore window

Currently it takes 5 clicks (window, connections, select network, info, ignore) to access the Ignore window to add/remove people or phrases to the list. This makes the Ignore feature feel buried away and hard to access to.

It would be nice if accessing Ignore would be reduced to 2 clicks (window -> ignore) or a key combo (cmd + 4?). This would make it more obvious that there is a UI for Ignore in Colloquy.
