add auto punctuation for tab completing multiple nicks at the beginning of a message

when you want to address multiple people in a message it would be handy if coll could auto add proper punctuation.

typing

a<tab>b<tab>c<tab>hi

could turn into

a_person, b_person, c_person: hi

somewhat related to #1389 and #1464.
