Description
Failure to connect ends up throttling server
This is related to the bug about infinite reconnects,
but wanted to file it separately just to make sure.
1) Connect to a site that requires ident, many undernet
servers do
2) The connection will fail because osx doesn't have
identd running
3) Wait for reconnection (which happens automatically)
After two or three tries, the server will come back
with a "you've been throttled for trying to connect too
quickly" message. This basically makes any reconnect
attempts for the next 10 minutes moot.
Colloquy should back off trying to reconnect when it
encounters errors.
