Colloquy Does Not Save Transcripts Daily When Set To "One File Per Session Day"

Description
When Colloquy is running between days, a transcript is not saved of the previous day, but only for the day that colloquy (the application) was closed.
When running for multiple days, colloquy, again only saved the current day.
Major/High because this is a problem with colloquy not doing what is described in the setting, "One File Per Session Day".
