Consider adding a means by which file transfers can be ignored entirely

It would be nice if there was a setting allowing users to entirely disable or ignore all incoming file transfer requests. Currently users can prevent the automatic acceptance of such transfers, but there is no way to prevent a dialog window from appearing each time an incoming file transfer request is received. On the freenode irc network, spamming via dcc is becoming an increasingly annoying issue, and Colloquy users must endure a barrage of file transfer request dialogs when attacked in this manner. If there were some way to disable or prevent this behavior, that would be most appreciated.
