Description

When file appears in File Transfer window, message is nothing downloaded yet.
An Orange circle shows next to file name. Appears that file is paused or on hold.
All ports are configured to accept on router.

There could have been a problem on the other person's end of the transfer. Feel free to reopen if it still doesn't work for you.
