Colloquy mobile fails to launch

Description

After the last update the mobile client will no longer launch. I have tried resetting the iPod touch, deleting & reinstalling with no change. If I tap on the app it starts goes to a white screen with the chat balloons at the bottom & then closes.
Please advise
