Multiple UI modifications for the Spanish translation

Description
- Duplicated entries in menus.
- Wrong or missing shortcuts compared to the English version.
- Missnamed entries.
- Capitalization inconsistencies.
- Eliminated as much reasonable Engrish as possible.
- Changed a few fortuitous international Double-entendres.
- Incorrect syntax and unnecesary aliterations.
- All "OK" buttons are now "Aceptar" when is apropiate, and few other inconsistencies.
- Some windows have been changed to acomodate the longer text labels of the translations.
¿Can I upload the changes or do I have to send them somewhere?
