Encoding Issue with outgoing messages in CP1251

Description

Dear support,
I was looking for proper IRC client and purchased your for use.
But i'm not really happy with my choice:(

There is BIG annoying issue. It doesn't support Cyrillic Windows properly! When u set Cyrillic Windows(cp1251) on advanced settings, everything is ok with reading incoming messages, but other side getting messages in other encoding(donno which one).

So I would be really glad if you guys fix and make outgoing messages to go in Cyrillic Windows encoding as all incoming messages.

oh issue is solved by iphone settings.
