Scrollback (and member limit) > 1000 doesn't work with international settings

Reported by: akempgen Owned by: Rinoa

Severity: Major Keywords: scrollback international

Description (last modified by akempgen) (diff)

Scrollback > 1000 does not work with all local formats, that use "." as a delimiter of thousands.

ie Germany:
If you type in "1000" as Scrollback limit, OS X will convert that to "1.000", which will be saved as "1".

seems to be working now, but the display is still not correct. "1000" is now displayed as "1,000", that might mean the same in the us, but in germany that means "1"...
