'Connections' window context menu should offer 'New connection'

Description

The 'Connections' window context menu should offer 'New connection' as a choice. In particular, when right-click in a part of the connection window that is empty (i.e. clicking below all connections, assumign you don't have so many that the window is completly filled), then currently nothing happens. I think a context menu should appear (like in e.g. the Finder), which at the very least offers the user to create a new connection.

(Note: I am actually using 2.1 (2D38) but this tracker doesn't allow me to specify this).
