cant use /itunes prefs

when i type that in a chat, it never shows anything, only /itunes stats and /itunes work for me.

I can't help but think this is a style problem... /itunes prefs sends an event message which is how you access the prefs. Try changing styles....anything?

I've looked in the script file, and the recent AS plugin changes may be affecting it. This may be the problem, although i don't understand why mine works and yours doesn't.

iTunes Prefs will be changing soon anyway.

I have iPod shuffle, but I have problems using it. I can't open iTunes-prefs and I can not uncheck automatic update default setting. That's why everytime I hook up my iPod shuffle to the computer it "updates" the iPod and erases all the previous songs. It is ridiculous. Please help me.
