Adding #!/bin/bash as a favorite doesn't work

Channel names containing / (like #!/bin/bash) are not fully supported. They cannot be added to favorites and their transcript is not stored.

Possible solution: transform invalid filesystem characters to valid ones.

Channel names containing # (like psyBNC's #server'#channel notation) are not fully supported. They cannot be added to favorites.

I tested on freenode: Joining #!/bin/bash and #server'#channel works fine. Adding the second one to Favorites is also possible (although it might be a bit different when actually connected to a bnc). Only adding the #!/bin/bash chat room to the Favorites doesn't work.
