Channel flags and topic are not correctly updated if window is left open

Simple way to reproduce this:

• Join a server.
• Join an empty channel.
• Set a topic, and set mode +s.
• Leaving the channel window open, disconnect from the server.
• Reconnect to the server and rejoin the channel.
• Colluquy does not correctly reset the displayed topic or mode flags to reflect what the channel's real status is.
